About you 

To become a part of our team, we believe that you are a talented leader with an understanding of complex organizational management and governance on an operational, tactical and strategic level. You excel in tasks where you lead the drive for change towards end goals by guiding and motivating people and teams. With a persistent mindset, creative way of working and strong people and communication skills, you act as a catalyst to achieve change. During the selection of candidates, we value a proven track record and emphasize the importance of hands-on experience from working with enabling changes.

Preferably, you also have knowledge / experience of the following:

  • Experience and certifications in modern ways of working with organizational change
  • Experience and certifications in individual, group and organizational development 
  • Frameworks, methods and processes within IT delivery and organizations
  • Leading training programs or workshops  
  • A relevant academic degree 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English is required
