To meet our customers’ demands we want to broaden our delivery capability and are therefore reaching out to freelancing IT management consultants, to be a part of our capability.
Our customers in the private and public sector need support within the Business, IT and Tech area. Change of Lane provides expert advisory to help our customers better align their “Digital Ability and Efficiency”. In addition to our own specialist, we need support from sub-contracted partner specialist within, or complementing, our core competence areas:
Organizational Change, Business Relations, AI and Development, Frameworks and Security, Strategy and Governance, Financial Control and Vendor Management.
About you
We believe that you are an experienced leader with a solid background in IT. You thrive as a consultant where you meet customer demands within your area of expertise.
Consultant personality is key and we prefer that you also have experience / knowledge of the following:
- Solid experience as a consultant
- Some years of management experience within the IT area
- Comfortable working and collaborating with senior management, also at C-level
- Experience within Change Management, Project/Program management, Business and IT processes, IT Governance and IT Sourcing.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
